I Didn't Want To Be This Way

by It Itty   Jun 28, 2004

I didn't want to be this way.
People say, "It's normal, your a teenager."
"Typical teenager." Others will say.
I don't want to be that way.

I want to be different.
To control my emotions.
To have a good attitude.
I WILL be different.

It's hard,
But I enjoy a challenge.
I know that with God,
I will do it.

This is a very nice poem, but like some of the others said the rythm needs some work. The message is really good though.

okay...the flow wasn't rhyming, but it was good. I think that with a few rhythm adjustments you could really go places...rock on
