Starving

by Maple Tree   Sep 18, 2012

I'm writing for the hungry tears
that hide within my bloated corpse
that you will find one day,
scattered crossed the river
speckled like a confetti wind
storm, find me.

These notations are all I have
to express the inner light,
when darkness kisses me
goodnight, you will need
to read my tears
that have died of
starvation....

Such a deep sadness in this one Maple, I am glad you are able to express this as I would not like for it all to be kept inside. You word your emotions in a way which pulls the reader in and makes them want to reach through the screen and hug you.

    Keep writing them.
