I give up

Quite often this happens in unequalized relationships, especially the random and non predetermined ones. In this case I support the iron woman who can better defend herself and keep being undeafeted all the time, cause she never know or expect he'll leave her any time in such a bad situation with no one to support or help.
In your poem this is revealed quite obviously, where you are the weaker half but you shouldn't. Nice piece.

This is rather a somewhat stage in most relationships one gets stuck in. Quiet detrimental to one in a quaint way, only if its worth it and doing such will cause an improvement for a better cause. However, one shouldn't 'I give up', when obviousy the odds are against one. In a relationship one shouldn't be subjected to an iota of unworthiness. Ones ideals and stance should always be a priority even though there're comprises to be made, which is a normal factor but not when one is been taken for granted. That's not a just cause and not respectful on the persons persona.

A partner should always feel a sense of belonging and needed not a burden.
