Curses

by Lance Hardy   Oct 20, 2012

Oh curses of my mind
Shredding and tearing
Each latticed piece
Taking away all control
Ravenous scoundrels
From whence you came
You shall return
With trophies and scars
The war is never won
Every second, a battleground
With shield and cross
I defend each passing grain
The sand never ceasing
No end in near sight
Dear Medusa, look here
To hold down and embrace
My curses, my eternity.
