Tambourine

by Maple Tree   Jan 7, 2013

The revival of clear water
reminds me of innocence,
I dance, bare toes
glide in satin green,
gypsy swaying to
breezes of rich
smelling wheat fields,
soft summer sun
on peace loving skin.

I was born within a tambourine
spring,
when it was ok to be free,
full of peace, love and light~

Always such beautiful pieces you pen, it was so simple and so majestic, I was totally captivated. Yet there is that touch of sadness that takes the piece to places and takes me away.
xxx Andrea, you are such an awesome writer.

The poem is refreshing, kind of magical. But the last stanza made me feel that there's a bit of sadness.
    Once again, great job:)
