I know the person who loves me
by some indications
He/she carries my concerns
Asks about me
Don't get bored of me
Forgives my faults
Reminds me of God and my return to Him

.
.
If so, that person do really loves me

    This is very true - a real love should be like this and we should not need to question their love as it would be clear fromt he start til the end.
