Heaven's Halo

by LostForWords   Feb 21, 2013

Blinks of light glistening
in the sky, the stars of the
night guide traveling
pilgrims to their place
of worship.

Guardians of an
unseen deity. Lost souls
But never forgotten, they
watch over the living.

An aeon of angels saddles
the clouds as they observe
from a distance, they
watch mankind's movements
From the halo of heaven.
