The Real Friend [Double Tanka]

A friend is one who
when comes you see how yourself
appears in your thoughts
When he disappears you feel
something missing in yourself

I appreciate that
who allocates time for me
in his time table
But I'll be proud of that who
doesn't check his time table

    Ahhh...that is what a real friend is! I always say that to my son. Don't be fooled by the ones who say they are friend and leave you out rather stick with the ones who always makes time for you and you for him.

    Nicely done with the double Tanaka.
