Hi Dad. Just wanted to let you know
I often think of you
Every time I go by the same crossing
I can picture you as I ride by
You looked at me,
Although you did not recognize me
Riding on my motorcycle wearing a helmet
I did wave to you,
As you crossed the street in front of me
My good old dad
Good times we have had
Bad times as well
But still, every time I go by that crossing,
I cannot help but think of you
Wishing you were still here
To ride our bikes together, just one more time
