Words

Words,
i hate words
how they tear and they stab,
how they judge when your mad,
how you ruin a life
by opening your mouth
and tear down walls,
that should be left to stand

how you expose a secret,
or start a new rumer,
that you break a heart,
or hurt just for humor.
how you bully, and you lie,
how you hurt me, and make me cry
just out of spite, you ruined a life.
it would be better to live on in silance

forgetting such hurtful words,
forgetting your previous anger,
letting go of the things you might of said
of the things you'ed do just for humor,

and,

forgetting how to cry for help?

    Words really can destroy and you expressed that well in this poem. I believe words also have the opposite effect and can take action in a positive way.... but they can definitely hurt in ways people would never notice. There needs to be care for them. Definitely felt that sadness when you wrote it would be better to live in silence. Sometimes there aren't words for certain things, and it's better to just truly learn how to understand someone by being with them. Sometimes words are spoken without any thought or concern, and that's horrible it has to happen. It's even harder to forget when something's been said but life does go on and I hope whoever hurt you stops, or realizes the impact.

    My only suggestion in this poem is to look out for a few spelling errors you had in your piece.

    Otherwise, take care and keep writing!

      Thanks for your help, i will admit, spelling is not my forte, when i was writing this piece i'll admit i was focusing on the bad aspect of every word, except at the end, when i ask the question forgetting how to cry for help?

    This poem is very yrie. It hurts when words are untrue. People always judge you by what yhey hear and dont get t know thr real person 5/5
