It's been forever

Its been forever... I had stared at the skies,
Like looking into the future
It's been eternity living in silent cries,
Wherein you decipher and still unsure

Its been a long, slumber dream,
That you do not want to see the end
It's a lasting, sweetest moment of a kiss
That even time and gravity can't suspend

And so in the darkest of night,
Tears shaped into stars that you hold
Endlessly, we never left each other's sight,
Just like a spring flower unfold

The clouds rolling one by one,
As if my life just passing by
Closely in the heart of midnight sun,
Departing clusters of shadows in your eyes

Sometimes the reflection of truth,
Or it denies like twigs of a dying tree
All seasons my heart calls for you,
Or eons ago, we were so carefree

The chains of sorrow may rest
Into my soul reluctantly needs you
I'll wait until it all fades in darkness
Where the lovely doves flies through

Its been forever..I had stared at the skies,
I will always remember those days
Filled with happiness and smiles,
A motion of entwined love's sun rays.

    From start to end I can feel an ache, a longing for something that made you smile that is no more as you walk through its memories and the beauty it gave while it lasted.

    I like the flow and uninterrupted smoothness of the rhyme..as always beautifully penned..take care.

    I enjoyed reading this poem, the rhymes did not sound force, plus I read it in this gentle tone but also in a reminiscing one that it just pulled me right into the poem. I also liked that the poem started with the same words it ended.

    To me this is full of memories that are from a time in the past. You charish the one you love and maybe miss them a lot. I like the use of looking into the skies because that tells me they are passed away now. But they will always live forever in your heart. Overall this is a very beautiful poem you have written. The imagery is very nice and the lines tell a great story. Well done
