Light turns dim
Darkness conquers all
All those happy memories
Are too far long to be recalled

Hands reach out
Yet no one seems to care
Wake up to reality !
NO ONE'S THERE !

You scream for help
But no one hears
So what if the darkness consumes you!?
No one gives a damn about your fears !

I'm your only friend
It's time for you to see
I'll show you the light
Just listen to me

Grab me ....
Grasp me in your hand
Let me enter your heart
And your scars i'll mend

It wont take long
Soon enough you'll feel numb
Then you will realize
How dumb you becomed !

Then you'll feel the warmth
As you fall on your bed
Bathing on your blood
And POOF! YOU'RE DEAD !!

It's easy as pie
And no, it aint a lie
Come on...
Come closer ...

    I like the way you write, specially this one. You've used such simple words for a dark poem, in some ways its difficult, and I must say, you did a fine job.

    This is very sad and dark. But the imagery you used is great. The wording is simple but it leaves you thinking. The story seems to be throughout the whole night and when you wake up and no one hears you scream it's a terrible feeling. You wrote this well 5/5
