God has shown in Gehazi's life
the fruit of deceitful sin
the sin of unlawful greed
showing against such sin you can't win
Gehazi's problem was his heart
it was rotten to the core
this is true the world over
as people always want more
Indeed no matter how God provides
man continually is never satisfied
there's no end to this selfishness
more more more is constantly cried
But as God judged Gehazi severely
so without repentance this will be man's state
for God struck Gehazi with leprosy eternally
mankind's greed will face a similar fate
In God's present economy of grace
there's time for man to turn around
with God's help to put things right
pleading mercy obeying the gospel sound
