Riot

by Jack Nightengale   Apr 22, 2014

They say that there are rules in place that protects,
Yet nothing is done when one defects.

They want to strip us of our rights to bear any firearm,
And leave our safety and that of our children in the face of all harm.

They say clean the streets of our homes they'll sweep,
Yet they shed no tear and our families are the only ones that weep.

If we go against them they will take all that we've got,
Fight the machines in power and show them that their not.

I say to them for the voices of the many, "Try it!",
The consequence they face will be the peoples Riot.

Arm yourselves and behold your true powers,
Its time for us to take back what's rightfully ours!
