Strong

by Jack Nightengale   Jun 25, 2014

Break the tone that calls nevermore,
Hear the lions mighty roar,
Watch the tiger testify,
Feel the heartbeats that help us fly,
Seven days before you die,
Swarming, circling ever so high,
Screams of a hawk that makes tears dry,
Diving down from the sky,
The purity of a dove can never lie,
In the pot fresh french fries,
A lone bird standing idlely by,
Awaits the day that it will no longer fly.

Confusing when I first read it but remebering how you talk I eventually got the message. Wonderful job Bro. I hope you recover from your surgeries soon and continue to write.
