To myself

They think poetry should scream
like a lost soul begging for mercy,
that it should
tug at the heart-strings of the reader,
and move them like a puppeteer
does to a puppet:
to tears until it breaks them,

But poetry does not exactly needs to scream,
It can just be quiet
until its silence speaks

Some poetry are written to move people, some to teach and some to make them cry. It does not always have to be that way. Liked this poem very much.

^^How true and nicely said! Loved this ending :)
