Oh So Slow:

by Scott Cole   Mar 19, 2015

A feather falls
Oh So Slow,
Back and forth
Is how they flow.

Soft and gentle
As they drop,
They turn and twist
They flip and flop.

They sit atop
Each gust of air,
And sits there
Not ever aware.

Of that big fall
That's yet to come,
Hold on feather
You've just begun.

The winds die down
The feather falls
Back and forth
It stops and stalls.

It swings it sways
To and fro,
It makes that fall
Oh So Slow.

As it lands
Upon the ground,
It lays there
Until it's found.
