Now I see what you mean by mystery, subtlety, and a great twist at the end......mind you, the toilet bowel is too clean for some of those papers to end their dirty lives!

Using the title as the fourth line is a subtle way of adding to the restrictive form.
Mind you paper cuts do sting!!!
