The boo-boo (senryu)

It is not the kiss
that makes the hurt feel better
the child's heart does that

^^I really adore the innocent lines here...at first I thought about the mother making it all better for a child but its also the other way round.

How many times as a mother sits and cries and the child not knowing/understanding the hurt simply lays a kiss-that innocent gesture is a medicine is a smile for any heart. I like this...

I really like this senyru. Makes me think back to childhood when mom could make everything better.
