Good Advice for Someone Like Me

Absence works to demoralise;
when the feeling's lost,
ideas arise.

my inner workings
found no peace
in overthinking
common belief.

your internal dialogue
stronger than my own.
i've been stung by comparisons -
thoughts to be overthrown:

no better
no worse
stop the compare
and contrast
let it be
let it be -
taste peace
at last.

    Ether, a wonderful, enthralling write.
    I love the message in this that we are all but the same in life.. May be different as people but no matter what we have we will all be heading the same way therefore should stop the judging as it gets us nowhere.
    Made me think of a quote.. Remember that even though you have the biggest house, fastest car and newest technology that we are all heading in the same direction out of here stay humble always, or something like that.
