For 2 nights now
I have been nightmare free
Am I finally there?
Is this me being happy?

I've stepped outside
My comfort zone
Going out by myself
To the movies alone

This isn't me
Where have I gone
From an Ugly ducking attitude
To a beautiful swan

Is it the new meds
Or am I finally able to see
This world I belong in
Isn't just you, but its all me
I woke up today happy
Feeling finally free

Not worried if the feelings will last
Will the nightmares come back?
Who cares if they do, I can face them
Right now I'm feeling like I can't backtrack.

    That's a really good poem can see youve had a struggle about yourself it's good to know people can change and can get better well done 5 and I think u sud title this Happy and free... Seems fitting to me. Just an idea good job
