It's Just Me Saying Goodbye

This is a beautiful yet sad poem.
It's always difficult to say goodbye isn't it.

A few suggestions:

* I love you and you know it's true
saying goodbye (is) hard to do
I think of it a thousand times
It makes my heart shamble (crumble) many times...

* We have shared this special relationship
We survive(d) to those trials and hardship(s)
But now I don't know what will happen
As I see everything will end..

I think in the second line you need to take out the 'to' and has happen and end don't rhyme and you've rhymed in couplets I think maybe the third line could be changed to something like 'now, I begin to break and bend'

* As I wrote this poem my heart cried
Even my tears they wont dry
Maybe I'll lost (lose) someone like you
And I don't know if you like it too..

Maybe the fourth line could read..
'and I don't know what I should do'

* Thanks for the moment(s) we shared
Remember, my heart is not full of hatred
So happy in those (the) days I'm with you
And I'm thankful for everything you do..

Maybe the second line could read..
'remember, my heart will always care'

* Now as we parted our ways
Bear in mind that I have loved you in so many ways
Whenever you see birds flying in the sky
It's just me saying goodbye..

...this is such a sad poem. Saying reluctant goodbyes are never easy. A torn heart is never the same again .
