Early in the Fall

by yogi73   Dec 6, 2016

Come early in the fall
the iridescence of my life
is in full hue. The day moon holds
still. Pinned to a cloudless
sky above red and yellow waning leaves.
The moon hides her darker face
radiant in her silvery beams.

Come early in the fall
and I will show you all the new beginnings.
Late love brings the harvest before
winter's frost. Gone is the ease of a
lingering summer breeze. Time, patience are measured
and given, for the bounty of love provides.

Together We will see the secret side
of the moon and its mystery will be ours alone.
Come early in the fall, when we
have given our all to the toil and joy
which we are rooted
Graciously journeying into winter
hearts full.

This has a touch of warmth to fall. Its the season where love blossoms and animals and birds gather food for the winter and relationships come together. In here I like the mixture of human bonds and the season coming together to make fall beautiful rather then miserable...a heart warming read :)
