A life in the day...

The birds singing their
chorus at dawn,
today, as tomorrow
my curtains
will not stay drawn!
Seeing nature
in its tuneful
glory,
helps the chapters
of my story.

The gravity of past events
summon up,
my mindful
sense.
A soul-searching
workout everyday,
(so vigorous)
to keep the compulsive
itch at bay!
Drench myself in
a soothing balm,
laced with a dose
of positive
charm!
This charm-offensive
will be my guard
and help to ward
off the evocative
façade!
Through my headway
as I ramble and forage
positivity will heed
my knowledge!

I will do as much,
as I can to flout,
the 'Life of misfortune'
tickets, sold
from a destructive
Tout!

Now evening comes
to rest,
Another day ventured
is blessed.
