A case of... (a poetic challenge set by Kitty Kat lady)

How does this work should I give up my job?
and hand in my keys; and my rabbit-foot fob
I think I’ll twiddle my fingers for now;
and hope those infected will help me somehow

I begin to feel anxious; not feeling quite right.
Is it the hopeless effects of my aging delight?
no need to panic; I’ll find something to do
I’ll go to my dentist as my check up is due!

No wait! I’ll visit my doctor; as he always knows'
to remedy my mind full of worries and woes.
I’m riddled and itchy with middle age plight,
my weight; is out-weighing my diminishing-height!

I better start dating before its too late;
I’ll get on a website and sort out a date.
But I’m balding and not looking too slim
I’ll take an odd selfie where the lighting is dim!

I’ll take up tennis; and jog round the park
To hell with the dogs who hate joggers, and bark.
My track-suit! Bit of squeeze I’m sure it still fits
have I washed them since I last had the s..ts?

So really I'm stuck with this awful time
I’m sure its my age now, at forty nine
The baggage of history, of where I have come
I thought I'd dodged it at forty one!

no words of my vices
so
Karma has swung

with my middle-life-crisis!
