Panic Attack

Sometimes my world goes dark
But only for a moment
Then the light comes back on

And my chest is tight
And it’s hard to breath
And tears sting my eyes

Sometimes my world goes dark
But only for a moment
Then the light comes back on

And I’m blinded
And I’m deaf
And I’m trying so hard

Sometimes my world goes dark
But only for a moment
Then the light comes back on

And I’m tired
And I don’t want to fight
And finally I allow myself to give up
