Roses In Heaven:

by Scott Cole   May 9, 2019

If Roses grew in Heaven
They wouldn't bear no pain,
No hellish pricking thorns
That they must maintain.

Just a precious little Soul
That's been born again,
Free from all impurities
No wickedness within.

No burdens they would carry
Nor flaws would they embrace,
Minus all their hardships
For all evil has been erased.

Yes if roses grew in Heaven
Oh what a sight to behold,
Just as beautiful as ever was
But with a heart of gold.

For beauty only wears a grin
Every now and then,
So all the looks in the World
Want free you from your sin.
