Daydreams Rise

by William Mae   Jul 14, 2019

In your daydreams do we make love?
Do you lend your mind to such
Thoughts of heated passion,
With intimacy built on trust.

Do you feel the kisses trailing,
Slowly down across your skin,
Quick breaths with rapid breathing,
From this fire that burns within.

Daydreams delivers freedom,
Given birth inside your soul,
Where you taste forbidden pleasure,
In this silent world you know.

There you feel his arms around you,
Feel him bond inside of you,
When both bodies muscles tighten,
In this realm of love you choose.

Reality stills it’s presence,
Let’s the daydream have its turn,
Affords some quieted moments,
Where a secret love can burn.
