Roll up, roll up..

by Michael   Sep 20, 2019

In the double-seat of
a carousel,
we sat.

Together,
we spiralled
through unchartered dimensions-
exploring perspectives,
where stars never
died.

I caught a glimpse
of Venus, with a twinkle in her eye.

The moon followed-
sipping on the air that followed
behind us.

We circled-
falling through shadows of trees
and taken anti-clockwise with
Our backs to the future.

twice.

Even the sorest eyes
would behold such a
vision-

then safely back to where
it all began.
