Whisper in the wind

by EazyNg   Feb 4, 2020

I'm standing in the wind
thinking to whisper something to somebody

I have a lot of words to say
but nobody listens to me.
Maybe it is because I'm too tiny
just like the invisible dust

I have my own mind,
I have my idea,
can somebody listen to my voice?

I have my own emotion,
there will be something I dislike
Can somebody try to understand me?

So
I can only whisper these in the wind.
With the softest voice
but the strongest power in my heart.

I never believe that these will be heard by anyone
I just let the troubles and sadness out,
gone with the wind...

An earnest call and yearning for someone to at least try to understand you. You feel you have to whisper your true thoughts and feelings to the wind... the wind that is so fleeting yet can hear even our softest whisper or plea. I believe nature listens even when humans refuse to give us the time.

There's such a sadness to this in the reality of fear, fearing if we'll be truly heard we may be just looked over or if others will care enough to set aside time and listen selflessly, with their heart.

There is still power in your heart, and I hope someday, somebody values your voice the way you deserve it. Thank you for sharing in this way!

I always considered myself very different from the people around me; family and friends. But let me tell you something by time you.ll get used to yourself, and you'll realize it isnt a bad thing. You are just unique I think you just made yourself heard loud and clear. :)
