My Queen Bee:

by Scott Cole   Dec 13, 2020

If the World was my beehive
You'd be my honeybee,
For you never candy coat it
You keep it real with me.

For you tickle my fancy
My little bumblebee,
That day you met my airspace
When I feel in love with thee.

For you're a beauty to behold
A pure sweetheart,
For you are my heartbeat
You pollinate my heart.

So to those heartbroken flowers
I give my regards,
And I do so solely promise
Not to cross into your yards.

For that soul searching I did
Is a fling of the past,
Cause when times get tough
Flowers don't last.
