July twenty-fifth, two thousand and ten,
I really didn't know, until just then.

How much I loved you, and just how strong,
It was you I was looking for, all along.

Our love was meant, right from the start,
I knew from the first day, you had my heart.

It all began, on that very first date,
I knew in an instant, this was fate.

Sitting for hours, in that Chinese buffet,
We talked forever, we had so much to say.

We were meant to be, you and I,
A room of mirrors couldn't lie.

We fell in love, and it wasn't going to end,
You are my wife, my lover, my best friend.

Ah, the Chinese buffet. I love Chinese buffets. Sorry, I think that’s what stood out the most about this piece. I can’t help it but this is another moving poem. It’s moving my feelings and those rhymes and smoothness... thank you for sharing.
