Naked

by Maple Tree   Jan 23, 2021

I look for validation, upon a cliff- alone

to be in silence is comforting
just to hear the twinkle of stars
and sighs of the moon.

Hushing breezes cloak me
as a naked, nature spirit
is reborn.

Nobody screaming my name
or teasing my anxiety, just
a body upon a silencing cliff
and a mind uninterrupted
by one falling sunset.

I love how sensual this is. I love the pictures, sounds and smells I get from reading this. Only a true writer can paint such a picture

    @-@!!!

I feel like you've wrote about my evening "/

I went for my walk tonight. Through the trees to the top of the hill... We have snow at the minute in the East Midlands, so the breeze is crisp and breath taking.
I sat at the top of the hill and thought about the last time my thoughts felt so congested?!

You gave me a home ( Free Spirits) to unclutter my thoughts the first time round...

And this time round I'm met with your wise pen. I felt a sense of peace after reading this... Like my mind had found its words and stopped racing... a freedom from my homely prison.

Empowering piece has been penned here, my lovely x
