Absolute Mercy

by Timothy   Oct 2, 2026

I see, but do not,
I hear, a deep onslaught;
I smell, a backwards salty-sweet,
Taste a helpful treat.

So try again, little dandelion,
Your time on the prairie is declining;
Little squirrels still run in fear,
As the mummy appears.

King of the mountain, has a snow-capped visual,
Calcified bones, are the residual;
Run the numbers, see the electric pain,
The manmade statue has succumbed to his brain.

I see, now I do,
I hear, I should have listened to you;
I smell perfume, I see the beads,
I see the plate of Rosary peas.

    Your poetry immediately caught my attention through its emotional depth and vivid imagery. I could easily picture different parts of your poem becoming meaningful visual moments.

    As a professional commissioned artist, I’d love to develop custom continuation artwork throughout your poem, creating a connected visual experience that complements your writing without taking away from its original emotion.

    If you’d like to discuss the idea, feel free to reach out on Discord: elsaeloise or Email: elsaauwuu@gmail.com.

    Portfolio: I’d be glad to share my previous work with you.
