Deep

by Mild insomnia   Jul 21, 2004

I'm searching for my home,
I feel so damn alone,
And since it's raining,
You can't see my tears.

I know nobody's there,
I'm sure nobody cares,
And I'm still waiting,
To scare away my fears.

I've been sitting on this rock, called earth,
Waiting for me to find my worth,
And I'm just getting tired and bored, and weak,
I can't eat or sleep.
And I've been going round in circles,
I've been jumping over hurdles,
Now I'm just getting lost and scared, and... deep,
I'm just getting deep.

You got me figured out,
You know what I'm about,
And cos I'm hiding,
You will never know.

Don't wanna open my heart,
I'd rather fall apart,
My world's subsiding,
I just wanna go.

I've been sitting on this rock, called earth,
Waiting for me to find my worth,
And I'm just getting tired and bored, and weak,
I can't eat or sleep.
And I've been going round in circles,
I've been jumping over hurdles,
Now I'm just getting lost and scared, and... deep,
I'm just getting deep.

All the fights, ad the lies, and the times that I've cried,
And the things I've been told and the looks that were cold,
All the stuff that's been said, going round in my head...

I've been sitting on this rock, called earth,
Waiting for me to find my worth,
And I'm just getting tired and bored, and weak,
I can't eat or sleep.
And I've been going round in circles,
I've been Jumping over hurdles,
Now I'm just getting lost and scared, and... deep,
I can hardly speak.
