My last silver tear

All the crimson tears
from your icy blues
pain that is immortal
this search left no clues

all the strawberry gashes
covering pale snow
mutilated memories
rocking to and fro

all the rouge circles
caused by your strike
out of mind, out of sight
a paroxysm i dislike

all the scarlet tales
each told by a scar
the first star you see tonight
may not be a star

all the silver graves
of the people for which we care
they are the angels
lifting crosses we cannot bare

all the shades of red
of anger and of fear
the only other colour
is that of my last silver tear
