Open Reflections

by Jessie BSC   Aug 15, 2004

A mirror,
A mirror that shows reflections,
reflections to some hidden aspects: open,
the reflection of the covered soul.

Holding it in poise closing off lies,
to free onself of the burden of day,
relieving nontruth to self image,
to scorn thyself of assaults of good and bad.

To speak to when none is present,
one that can not turn from you,
grasping onto your eyes to see.

One which can cleanse the thoughts of lost paths,
showing who is there,
yourself.
