I thought friends forever is what you said we'd be?
Now how come you won\'t talk to me?
You said I was special, didn't you?
You said you'd make me happy if it was the last thing you'd do!

You didn't lie to me..right?
After all those nights you wanted to hold me tight?
I didn't think it'd end like this
Especially after that long lasting kiss

I know all those things were what you said
Thoughts of them still drift in my head
You said I was your best friend
and our relationship would have no end

(the sad thing is..my heart still belongs to you..)

    I think that you hace done a nice job here, using the sadness of losing someone that has left to write about, and how it makes you feel, those feelings, most of us have when someone just up and leaves, usually with no kind of explanation, they are hard to write about, because it really bares your heart to the public, I hope that you never worry about the rating people put on your poems, because each person gets their own feelings about a poem, and most people don't even bother to give a value to poems they read, why I don't know, it takes only a minute to give encouragement to someone, keep on writing and thanks for your comments on my poems.
