When I think of him, do you know what comes to mind?
A wonderful caring man, intelligent and kind,
A creative inspiration, a hero and a friend,
A man with ambition, memories with no end

A musical success, a man filled with love,
A new world just beginning, an angel, a dove,
All of us agree, though even when apart,
He will live on, live on within our hearts

Memories will not die, thoughts will go on,
None will forget him, cause he?s not really gone,
The sunset on his lake, the colours in the sky,
All of that is him, so its not complete goodbye

The songs and the music, melodies, his fame,
The happiness of his friends, when he would entertain,
His designing of his lake, his love for family,
Everything is still here, open your eyes and see,

He wouldnt want unhappiness hurt and tears,
Try and open your heart, release all your fears,
Keep your head up high, remember with every touch,
He is still with us and he loved you very much.
