Sour Love Story

by Aken Sol   Sep 6, 2004

I remember when I first met her
I was sorta feeling down
My last breakup still had me blue
And I was all up in a frown

I was sitting all alone
Leaning against a tree
My last love was still in my mind of zone
When she walked up to me

“Hi there. Why are you so sad?”
I look up amazed by her beauty.
She giggles and says, “My name is Joy. Aren’t you glad?”
I smiled, and she slowly dragged me from reality.

And than we were together
I now had something to live for
With her, I felt light as a feather
Invincible by her side, with the strength of Thor

But I was too mesmerized by her devilish smile
Being ignorant like a fool.
She had me hooked and all the while,
Used me as her tool

She played around with my body and soul
Her only reason was because “it was fun”
She possessed and took me by the whole
And would leave me alone when done

I envisioned her to be a white dove.
Innocence and pureness that could make all feel fainted
I thought she were and angel sent from above
And than I found out her love was tainted….
