Whats this felling

by Tamara Talcott   Sep 25, 2004

Depression comes with the impression
That something is always wrong
People constantly ask
But you know not what to say
So you tell them your fine
But in your mind you wonder
What is it?
What could it be?
This horrible feeling
That is overwhelming me
Well Ill tell you what it is

It comes from the boys
Who break your heart
It comes from the parent
Who scream and fight
It comes from the people, places and things
That are with us every day
Anything can set this feeling off

This feeling is depression
It deeply caresses your body
And tricks your mind
Tricks it to give you a false illusion
The illusion that things wont be better tomorrow
You feel like life is pointless
And that nothing is worth while
I know that its true
For I have been through it too
Just one word of advice
Find some one to talk to
And this feeling can be stoped
Drastic measures are not the way
You nor me nor any one else should have to pay
