Memory

Fading away to a memory
One I longer wish to share
He turned my life all around
But I realize I no longer care

It was all so great for a while
Couldn't get him off of my mind
Everything went so wrong though.
It was bound to happen with time

Fading away to a memory
quickly falling from my deepest thoughts
I only think of him ONCE every day now
Which is reduced from those thousands and lots.

Every once in a while
I still go back to what used to be
to that last kiss, last touch,
and last time being seen.

Fading away to a memory
and I'm all the more happy he's gone
My heart's coming back together
and my mind's learning how to be strong.
