When i saw you sitting there
I just wanted to run away
But i had to give it a go
Cause today is another day

When i looked into your eyes
You were somewhere new
And when i said i loved you
You couldn't say "I love you too"

Tonight i said goodbye for now
Then i gave you a kiss
But within i felt nothing
However you I'll always miss

You carried nothing on the inside
When I kissed you goodbye
