See It All

by Danielle   Nov 21, 2004

Your eyes feel crooked branches
Stabbing at your veins
The trees enclose on your ears
To draw out the unheard pain

The screams of darkness falling
Unravels while it unties
Stretches and pulls at your throat
As the flowers start to die

It tears away at your flesh
And you're left to bleed alone
It cries out with endless desire
As cold dust scrapes at your bones

They whisper to you their thoughts
Of an undying restless tomorrow
And just as still you lay there
As it withers away your marrow

It penetrates again and twists
This time at your very soul
The shattered pieces remain
As night finishes its goal
