My wings

Someday I will grow a pair of wings
the prettiest wings you've ever seen
i will take whatever the responsibility brings
because flying has always been my dream

Maybe like a bat I will use them to keep warm
Maybe like an eagle I will spread them out far
Maybe like a butterfly I will use them to avoid harm
Maybe like a spacecraft I will use them to touch a star
