Portals

Can you look in my eyes and tell me what you see? Could you even bare the notion of what can be found? My eyes are not mirrors, they are portals... portals to truth. They don't reflect, they inform. Never look in my eyes without wanting to find what you are truly afraid to see, TRUTH & HONESTY!

i'm just sitting here tonight, thought i would go check out every poem by you just to know you more...(bored with an anti social life) anyhow...this poem speaks truth...in the short time i have been talking to you you reflect such charecteristics in yourself...its truly a blessing. (blessings can be hell sometimes i know) But anyhow...i found this poem to hold something so strong...something more left to find.

This poem is very powerful in its own way and objectivity. Many poems put the author (the "I") in a position that is very passive and reflective, so it is an interesting perspecitve to have the author offer such a strong position where the reader is the one who is reactive to the authors actions. Good work, you only have one, write more I want to check them out.
    With love, K. Kristina
