Got a manicure yesterday

by Mild insomnia   Dec 13, 2004

Got a manicure yesterday.

Cherry hands…
Clenched fists.
Crimson bands,
Circle my wrists…

Scarlet pools…
Soak the floor.
Stupid rules,
Set for me to ignore…

And the flow’s not stopping…
All the pain just fades.
Any blood’s just dropping,
About the hell – like place.

My nails are painted perfect,
My oh my oh my,
My manicure’s been wrecked,
Madam I hope you die!

I don’t know how much I can take…
I don’t like to fall to my knees…
I don’t want to hear my heart brake…
I don’t want release,
I don’t want your peace,
I don’t want all these…
I want a manicure please!

Wow, that's really good. Kinda creepy, but really good. That sounds exactly like my friend. I like it. Keep writing!
