The Only Way To Prove My Love...

by Saravana Kumar S   Dec 27, 2004

If i say i love you,to you one more time,
in a poem in which the words would rhyme,
would you still feel my words are just lies,
or will u realize my love before this soul dies.

Why did you choose to break my fragile heart,
when there were so many hearts to tear apart,
you knew from beginning that you were wrong,
my heart is not the one u were looking all along.

When u wished not to stay, why did u come in my way,
you should let me alone and not made me your prey,
all you can see is just the name written on my skin,
but what you fail to see is your name written within.

Now in this game called love,i feel like cheated,
every night i cry thinking the way i was treated,
everything is moving with time, but i stand still,
b'coz you hunted down my heart and made your kill.

There are so many questions running through my head,
every question brings a tear whenever i lie on bed,
i can't find the answers for the questions i seek,
by questioning,i'm just letting only my heart to speak.

If you still can't feel my love in the words i write,
or in the pain that i'm unable to show you at night,
i wonder looking into the starry heaven above,
whether death is "The Only Way To Prove My Love.."
