Ancestral Weapon

by Knight_of_Blackrose   Dec 31, 2004

This blade, so primitive.
Yet so powerful.
Instead of using it on myself, I've been taught to use it on others.

This blade, so primitive.
Yet so precise.
Drawing first blood, it seems to entice.

Cold metal reminiscent of ice
Black metal, with stealth it will slice!
Edge so finely honed, death it surely condones.

Approach you from the front, but in your back a knife will reside.
Deeper than the darkness in my mind, because a blade I will surely find.

This blade, so primitive.
Yet so effective.
Its' whisper barely audible, when thrown with skill and purpose.

So easily concealed.
You should pray it never has to be revealed.

Its' sweet caress I feel.
Cold metal, black metal.
It seems to imprison my mind, body, and soul inside its' strength.

This blade so primitive.
Yet so beautiful!

(Damn that just sounds evil!)
