To The People On This Site

I have opened up
Exposed myself completely
To all of you here
I hope you understand me

For over a year now
This has been my life line
You’re the only people
Who really know what’s on my mind

And I will never forget
All the support you give
And how hard you try
To make me want to live

This might come out all wrong
But basically I just had to say
That this poems site has helped so much
Every single day

And as long as you will have me
I will keep writing for you
I know I’m not the best writer
But I do the best I can do

And it’s been hard
I’ve had such a horrendous year
But through it all, in my head and heart
You’ve all been right here

Supporting and encouraging
How can I thank you all enough?
This poem is to all who voted, commented
When times were good, and when times were rough

And I will never forget you
And I hope this site carries on
Giving life lines to those who feel alone
Without this site, I would be long gone.
